1. Agreement
XtraaGyanee provides education services, community access, and related offerings (“Services”). By enrolling or accessing the Services you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Payments & Refunds
Courses are billed upfront via Stripe. Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of purchase. Access may be revoked for disputed or failed payments.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not redistribute course materials, harass peers, or misuse community spaces. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All content remains owned by XtraaGyanee or our mentors. Limited license granted for personal learning. You retain ownership of projects you create.
6. Liability
Services are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages or job outcomes. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations; your rights remain protected.
